How long your teeth remain beautifully white after whitening depends on several factors. You can think about your eating and drinking habits, oral hygiene, age and the cause of the discolouration of your teeth.

If, after teeth whitening, you regularly consume foods and drinks that are known to cause discolouration, for example: coffee, tea, red wine and tobacco, your teeth will discolour more quickly.

As long as you pay attention to your eating and drinking habits and take good care of your mouth, your teeth can stay beautifully white for about 2- 3 years after whitening. To keep your teeth white for as long as possible, you can do the following:

• Avoid/restrict foods and drinks known to cause discolouration;
• Brush your teeth twice a day and floss regularly to remove plaque and prevent the formation of tartar;
